Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days. Expedited shipping (3–7 business days) is available at checkout. All orders ship with full tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive in 10–20 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Use it on our tracking page or directly at the carrier's website.

Products

Are your wallets actually RFID blocking?

Yes. Our aluminum-bodied wallets create a Faraday cage that blocks RFID signals at 13.56 MHz — the standard frequency used by credit cards and contactless payment chips. You can test it yourself: try tapping your card through the wallet. It won't read.

How many cards does the Pop-Up Wallet hold?

The ejector mechanism holds 6 cards. The exterior slots and cash strap can hold an additional 2–4 cards and bills, for a total of 8–10 cards comfortably.

Is the flashlight actually waterproof?

Our flat flashlight is IP65 rated — fully protected against dust and water jets from any direction. It's not designed for submersion, but rain, sweat, and splashes are no problem.

Can I add more keys to the key organizer?

Yes. The standard screw-post design supports up to 8 standard house keys. For larger or thicker keys (deadbolts, older keys), capacity may be 5–6. Car fob loops accommodate most standard key fobs.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you're not satisfied, contact us at support@carrywhatmatters.com and we'll make it right.

What if my product is defective?

All CWM products are covered by a 90-day defect warranty. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 90 days, we'll replace it free of charge. Contact our support team with a photo of the issue.

Holsters and Carry

What type of carry does the CWM holster support?

Our holsters support both Outside Waistband (OWB) and Inside Waistband (IWB) carry depending on the model. Each product page specifies the carry style. The CWM Universal OWB Tactical Holster is designed for outside waistband carry and is fully ambidextrous for both right and left hand draw.

Is the holster adjustable for cant angle?

Yes. The belt clip on our OWB holsters allows you to adjust the cant angle so you can position your firearm at the draw angle that feels most natural and comfortable for your body type and carry preference.

How do I attach the holster to my belt?

The CWM holster uses a heavy-duty metal belt clip that slides over and locks onto your belt. It fits belts up to 2 inches wide and stays firmly in position throughout the day without shifting or rotating.

Firearm Compatibility

What firearms are compatible with CWM holsters?

Our holsters are designed to fit most full-size and compact semi-automatic pistols including Glock 17, Glock 19, Glock 22, Glock 23, Sig Sauer P320, Sig Sauer P365, Springfield XD, Smith and Wesson M&P, and Ruger models. Will the MagLock Mount work with my pistol?

The CWM MagLock Mount works with any steel-framed or steel-slide handgun. Polymer-framed pistols with steel slides — like most Glocks and Sig Sauers — are fully compatible. Pistols with aluminum or polymer slides may have reduced holding strength. We recommend testing with your specific firearm before relying on it for storage.

Does the SeatLock Gun Rack fit my vehicle?

The CWM SeatLock Dual Gun Rack is designed to fit virtually any vehicle headrest including trucks, SUVs, and full-size sedans. The adjustable velcro strap system accommodates different headrest post widths and spacings. If your vehicle has an unusually shaped or non-standard headrest, contact us before ordering.

Safety and Legal

Is it legal to use these products in my state?

CWM products are designed for lawful use in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Laws regarding concealed carry, open carry, and firearm storage vary significantly by state and locality. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws in your jurisdiction before purchasing or using any CWM firearm accessory product.

Are CWM holsters retention rated?

Our holsters feature a thumb-release retention snap that provides Level 1 passive retention — keeping your firearm securely in place during normal movement while allowing for a fast draw when needed. They are not rated for Level 2 or Level 3 retention and are not intended for law enforcement duty use.

How should I store my firearm safely when using the MagLock Mount?

The CWM MagLock Mount is designed for quick-access storage in locations that are out of reach of children and unauthorized users. Always follow safe firearm storage practices. We strongly recommend mounting in locations that are inaccessible to children. Never leave a loaded firearm within reach of minors.

Orders and Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After 12 hours your order may have already been processed and shipped. Contact us immediately at support@carrywhatmatters.com if you need to make changes.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions on cwmgear.com are processed through Shopify's secure encrypted checkout. We never store your payment information on our servers.

Father's Day

Will my order arrive in time for Father's Day?

Father's Day 2026 is June 21. To guarantee delivery in time, we recommend placing your order by June 14 for standard shipping and June 18 for expedited shipping. Orders placed after these dates may not arrive in time.
