All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Every order ships with full tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you automatically when your order is dispatched.

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $45.

Not happy? We'll fix it. CWM offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Email support@carrywhatmatters.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. You'll be refunded to your original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
